Definitions

In these terms and conditions ´The Seller´ means ELLE GOWNS and the company’s website ellegowns.com The customer means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices quoted are in AED (Dirham) or in Euros or in British Sterling or in US Dollars  and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable, as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Payment

Payments must be made  in AED & in Euros & in British Sterling & in US Dollars only and by one of the following methods; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Delivery

The Seller’s policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing late delivery. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.

Customer’s Account

If you use this website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately. ELLE GOWNS reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

Online Orders

When you place an order to purchase an item from ELLE GOWNS, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we despatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on the website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.

All content included on the website is the property of ELLE GOWNS or our suppliers. All software used on this website is the property of ELLE GOWNS or our software suppliers. You may not extract or reutilize part of the contents of the website without the written consent of ELLE GOWNS.

ELLE GOWNS grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it except with the written consent of ELLE GOWNS. Force Majeure

ELLE GOWNS shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.

General

All offers are subject to stock availability. The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer screen.

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer´s warranty.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and all contracts entered into under them are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of United Arab Emirates in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.

Retention of Title Clause

The risk in all goods passes to The Customer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in The Seller and shall only pass from The Seller to The Customer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) to The Seller.

Our aim is to provide our customers with an online shopping experience that is enjoyable, which includes ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the products that you have ordered.

Please Note: No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Orders

Due to the custom-made nature of each item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, ensuring a unique fit and style. For this reason, it is essential to confirm your size accurately before placing an order.

Shipping policy

We use priority express shipping for all our orders.

Orders take 5 days to be shipped.

UAE deliveries will normally arrive within 1 working day from being shipped.

International deliveries will normally arrive within 2-3 working days of being shipped.

We do our best to complete your made to measure orders as soon as possible, and if your order is ready before the stated time period, we will ship this to you earlier. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped to enable you to track the shipment. If you have a special occasion and need to receive your order sooner, please contact our customer services before placing the order on the website, and they will check and let you know if this is possible.
